Preparation 

Before bringing your pullets home, it’s important to create a suitable living environment for them to thrive and know how to care for them. Please read through our care instructions to see what this entails. 

Collection 

Our pullets are pick-up only. Once you’ve submitted your order with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the collection address. Please ensure you arrive on time for your arranged pick-up as there are limited parking spaces on our premises and we’ll expect others to arrive on the same day. 

Your pullets will be boxed up and ready to go upon your arrival. If you'll be traveling a long distance with your pullets, they'll need sufficient airflow in your vehicle to avoid overheating.
